Bettermeets helps you collect post‑meeting feedback and see simple trends over time. You can reach us at support@bettermeets.io.

• Account info: your email and optional name when you sign up via Supabase Auth.
• Authentication data: session tokens stored in your browser (localStorage) so you stay signed in.
• Billing info: we use Stripe to process payments. We don’t handle or store full card details. We keep Stripe customer/subscription IDs and status only.
• Calendar data (optional): if you connect Google Calendar, we store encrypted OAuth tokens and basic event metadata needed to send surveys, such as title/description, time, and attendees (name/email/response status). Tokens are encrypted before storage. You can disconnect at any time.
• Surveys: your survey questions and any responses received. Responses may include ratings and written comments. When surveys are sent to meeting attendees by email, a response can be associated with that attendee’s email.
• Service logs and product usage: basic, aggregated application logs to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not use ad tracking.
• Abuse prevention: we load Google reCAPTCHA on the Free Feedback Tool to prevent spam. reCAPTCHA may collect device and usage information per Google’s terms.

• Provide the app, including sending surveys after meetings and showing simple analytics.
• Operate subscriptions and payments.
• Protect the service from abuse, spam, and security issues.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.
• Improve reliability and usability based on aggregated usage patterns.

If you connect Google Calendar, Bettermeets uses the Google Calendar API to read events from your calendar so we can send meeting‑follow‑up surveys and display basic meeting context. We only access the minimum data needed: event summaries/descriptions, times, and attendees.

We do not use Google data for advertising. We do not sell Google user data. We only share Google data with the processors listed below as needed to provide the service. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. You can revoke Bettermeets’ access at any time in your Google Account settings.

Use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Free Feedback Tool is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. We use reCAPTCHA only to prevent abuse; we don’t use it for advertising.

• Supabase (hosting, database, authentication, and edge functions). Stores your account, surveys, responses, calendar tokens/events, and subscription metadata under Row‑Level Security.
• Google APIs (Google Calendar) when you connect your calendar, and Google reCAPTCHA on the Free Feedback Tool for abuse prevention.
• Stripe (payments). Processes payments and stores your billing details. We store only customer and subscription IDs/status from Stripe.
• Resend (email delivery) to send survey emails and notifications reliably.

We use essential cookies/local storage for authentication and to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies. The Free Feedback Tool loads Google reCAPTCHA, which may set cookies strictly for abuse prevention.

• Account and subscription data: kept while your account is active and as needed for legal/accounting.
• Calendar data: you can disconnect Google Calendar at any time. There is also an in‑app option to clear stored calendar tokens and synced events.
• Surveys and responses: retained until you delete them or close your account.
• Logs: kept for a limited time for security and reliability.

• Access/Update: you can view and update most data in the app (e.g., surveys, responses).
• Disconnect Google Calendar: revoke access in Bettermeets or in your Google Account at any time.
• Export/Delete: contact us to request an export or deletion of your account data.
• Emails: you can opt‑out of non‑essential emails via unsubscribe links or by contacting support.

If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have additional rights under GDPR (access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, objection). Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use industry‑standard practices to protect data. Supabase applies Row‑Level Security and JWT‑based access controls. Google Calendar access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Bettermeets is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We’ll update this page if our practices change. If changes are material, we’ll let you know in‑app or by email.
